Lotus Outreach Australia Board

President: Julia Booth, has worked in both the Private and Government sectors for the past 15 years. Her experience is in developing and managing community and development projects.

Vice President: Pheona Arndell is a communications specialist whose career has spanned the NGO, private and public sectors.  Pheona is currently the Director, Communications for Communities NSW.
In addition to her work with Lotus Outreach, Pheona previously served on the board of Best Buddies (an NGO focused on children with intellectual disabilities) and is currently the Chair of the National Children's and Youth Law Centre.

Treasurer: Anna Harper, a synthesiser and facilitator, 'shaping' individuals, organisations and teams towards greater consciousness of what is possible.

 

Secretary:  Jane Lyttleton is an author, teacher and practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She helped to establish the Australian branch of Lotus Outreach in 2004 after she and a group of international Lotus Outreach members travelled to Thailand and Cambodia meeting with local groups working to combat child sex trafficking.

Audio Visual Communications: Jennifer Mellet is a professional screenwriter, actor and broadcaster. She has also taught Spoken English, Creative Drama and Video skills to hundred of children in Australia, the UK and the Middle East. Recently she has worked pro bono for the Eastern Kuku Yalanji traditional custodians in Far North Queensland on their Cultural Heritage Mapping and Recording Project.

Communications: Tanya Mah is a unique creative talent who is widely sought after for her innovative graphic and illustration designs, combined with her project management experience. With a Bachelor of Design from CoFa/UNSW and six years’ commercial experience as a designer and studio manager, she delivers a solid background of understanding across all areas of branding, design and print.
