About Us

Lotus Outreach Australia is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to ensuring the education, health and safety of vulnerable women and children in Cambodia.

Originally established to support refugee education, Lotus Outreach Australia now also helps rehabilitate survivors of human trafficking and keep at-risk students in school. We support this mission through effective grassroots projects, particularly among the rural poor. Our local implementing partner for these programs is Cambodian Women's Crisis Centre (CWCC).

 

Our Mission

Lotus Outreach Australia specialises in serving 
those who fall outside the reach of existing government and charitable initiatives.

  • We provide education to children who are most at-risk of human trafficking and exploitation. 
  • We provide preventative healthcare and income-generating opportunities to isolated and impoverished communities. 
  • We advocate for access to quality education for the rural poor. 
  • We provide non-formal education and skills training to those on the margins of their societies. 
  • We provide safe, clean sources of water to those who don't have them.
